Tea Body Weight Adjustment
Adjuvant in: This tea is intended to facilitate the process of fat burning; the plants present in the mixture help accelerate metabolism, destroy the fat and weak tissue.
Composition: chicory (Cichorium intybus), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris), plantains (Plantago), silver birch (Betula pendula), blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), horsetail (Equisetum arvense), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), elderberry (Sambucus), corn silk (Stigmata maydis), nettle (Urtica dioica), Saint John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), alder buckthorn (Frangula alnus).
Therapeutic role: This combination of tea and tincture has a diuretic, laxative and sudorific effect, favoring anabolic burns, combats catabolism, dissolves fat and removes excess water from the body. The tincture is a alcoholic extract from the plants which are constituent of the same plants and is meant to cut the appetite. This combination also helps people suffering from arthritis or other circulatory diseases. For people suffering from obesity based on poor functioning of thyroid gland, the prior use of dredging tea bedstraw (Galium verum) is recommended; it is intended to hormonally regulate the thyroid gland, followed by a tea diet of obesity.
Diet: During the period of the tea cleansing, reduce the amount of bread, pasta, fried foods, smoking, fats and spicy foods consumed. The consumption of sugar will be reduced. It is not recommend dining late because at night the organism assimilates everything that is consumed, favoring catabolism. Caution! Avoid sedentary living!
Method of administration: Between meals (5 cups a day), drink one cup 20-30 minutes before the main meals. For people who want a faster, more efficient and beneficial effect we also recommend anti-obesity tincture, one tablespoon for each cup of tea consumed. The treatment will be followed for 1-3 months, depending on the weight of the person. After the tea and tincture diet, a weight loss of about 3 to 5 kilos will be observed.
Instructions: Prepare a brew using 2 spoons of plants and 1L of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
